How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the USA. International shipping varies by
location but typically takes 10-14 days. All orders include royal tracking!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over ₵60 qualify for free standard shipping. Use code FREESHIP at checkout if it
doesn't apply automatically.
Ingredients & Quality
Are your pearls vegan?
Absolutely. Our core tapioca pearls are made from tapioca starch, water, and brown sugar. We
don't use any gelatin or honey in our standard pearls.
Where are your tea leaves from?
Our tea leaves are sourced from sustainable gardens in Uji (Japan), Alishan (Taiwan), and Assam
(India). We only select top-tier grades for home brewing.
